Broadway's Big Machine Distillery Guided Tour with Tastings
Description
Step off Lower Broadway's neon and into Big Machine Distillery for a focused, 45-minute guided tour that combines behind-the-scenes production access with a curated tasting flight. In the heart of downtown Nashville, you see how small-batch corn and grain spirits are distilled, filtered, and aged, and then taste them alongside a guide who explains what makes each pour distinct from the next.
Taste a curated flight of Big Machine's signature spirits without committing to a full bar tab, even if you've never toured a working distillery before.
The tour moves from a welcome at Big Machine's Broadway entrance to the production floor, where mash tubs, copper stills, and barrel storage are all visible and explained. From there, your guide leads the group through a tasting flight covering signature vodkas, Tennessee whiskey blends, and liqueurs, with tasting notes and background on each expression. Big Machine is one of the only distilleries in the country where you can walk a live production floor, taste the spirits coming out of it, and step back onto a live-music block within the same hour.
Walk the working production floor without leaving the Broadway corridor, even if you only have 45 minutes between shows or dinner reservations.
Your guide closes with simple cocktail techniques and pairing tips so you can recreate your favorites at home. Bottles are available for purchase on-site after the tour. The facility is wheelchair accessible. Must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID to participate in tastings.
Leave with cocktail knowledge and a tasting flight's worth of context, even if spirits aren't usually part of your Nashville itinerary.
No hotel pickup is provided. The distillery is steps from Lower Broadway and easily reached on foot or by rideshare. Arrive at least 10 minutes before your tour time to check in.
